NWOT Black velveteen Black lace More of a Halloween hat IMO Possibly 1920ish. Stored in a zippered bag. Smoke and pet free home. Just one old lady! Last picture I placed on peach hat as hat and table were black so you couldn’t see hat otherwise. PLEASE NOTE: Postmark.ca takes 20% from the selling price.
