Otherwise in excellent new vintage condition. Being sold as is The inner arm tips have the CHANEL logo on it AC3990645 engraved into the frame. Made in Italy. Approx Measurements 52-18-130 mm Lens height 28 mm Frame 135mm It has demonstrator lenses in it that needs to be removed so your prescription lenses can be inserted. It doesn't come with a CHANEL case, but it will be shipped in an Eyeglass Case for protection.
