NEW slippers or outside shoes Ladies size 12

I love these slippers, but they are too big. I'm a size 10 and these are a size 12. They feel more like a very loose 11. Also, they have a higher platform sole and I feel super tall in them. I literally wore them 2 times in the house just at my desk. So they are pretty much brand new!
