NEW vintage SPARROW shoe horns

NEW vintage SPARROW shoe horns Birds carvings out of Natural bone or horn (ox, cow, bovine?). There is a hole in the beak where you can insert a string to hang your shoe horn. Tiny red glass eyes placed inside. This is a craft tradition found in all parts of the world, but these in particular are made in Korea. I’m assuming they are hand carved because bone-horn is relatively brittle and the hash markings are rustic looking. But most of the shoe horn is polished SMOOTHLY! Even without the carvings, the pattern in the bone look like feathers! Colours are dark to medium browns and taupes in pearly opaque. Carving marks are white. One is really white (painted) but most have white or brown striations in the bone. NEW vintage c. 1970s-1980s. Handmade in Korea. Original manufacturer’s stickers still on. Excellent NEW condition. Note: the last bird shoe horn (#5) is missing one eye.
