Brand new in box, purchased from Holt Renfrew. Never even removed the packaging after purchasing. But box may be dented and dusty from storage. Retail $660 The zippers make these ankle boots easier to put on that other styles by rag & bone Comes with box and one dust bag (all my rag & bone boots come with one dust bag per pair of boots from store) Size 11, but in my experience rag & bone ankle boots tend to fit small, so probably best fit a US 10.5
