NIB NEW American Girl Doll Cecile Rey RARE HTF

Brand new never opened. Comes as shown. Her meet dress and bloomers have staining on it. Not sure what it is, as I got her that way, but could possibly be removed with a good wash. Will include a free pair of clean EUC bloomers to replace the stained ones though. As is. She is so pretty. Also want to note that her limbs might be loose due to age (this doll was released over 10 years ago!)
