Size M: 38”- 41” hip or approx size 6-8 pant. Medium absorbency: these undies hold up to 3 tsp of liquid - about the same as 2 regular tampons - and are great on their own during light days and as a backup on your heavier ones. Machine washable, cold cycle recommended with lay flat to dry (recommended). These are the most functional AND comfortable underwear you’ll ever wear! These are just not the right size for me.
