NINE WEST size 2 belted dress

If this dress wasn't too tight on me now, I'd keep it! it's in excellent condition, fully lined, with both belt loops intact. AND IT HAS POCKETS! It's a summery dress, with a pleated fuller skirt. Zip close at the back with little eye hook at the top.
