NOA Silk Blend Velvet Dress

Gorgeous unworn silk blend velvet in a lovely dusty rose colour. Elbow length sleeves, gathered and seamed to fall beautifully. Hem is asymmetrical to add interest. Bought online but too small, so never worn. Lost the button on the back, easily replaced, but not necessary. Neckline is rolled raw edge which could be sewn down at back button/zipper easily. bust is 18" across, waist 15" and length is 36" at shortest, 41" at longest point.
