bramgottlieb @mtlbagle They are not. I cut them off because the jacket was a gift for my father but it didn’t end up fitting him which is why I am selling it!

bramgottlieb @mtlbagle unfortunately for privacy reasons I can’t post a photo of myself in the coat. But to answer your question, yes I am, the jacket fits true to size. In other words, expect it to fit the same as an American XXL. There are also hidden features to the jacket that allow you to loosen it in order to fit even better if you choose.
