Still fully sealed in plastic, with sticker in top left corner saying "Ready to Hang" This is a Poster Plaque - I believe the poster/print/paper is fully attached to the plaque board that has a hanging component on the back as shown. Made by Scorpio Posters and Art Shoppe (Montreal) Marked 1999 Toei Digimon Digital Monsters Looks like whoever packed this didn't know anything about Digimon as the back UPC sticker is labelled as "PokiMoN 8x10"
