@sunshine_here. This is the cardigan I had in mind when you mentioned jewl tones. It's a teal color but it is longer than the 28" you asked for. The cardigan that looked like it was purple is still available but I'm confirming that it's a dark navy blue, the sunlight and the camera made it look purple.
