NWOT 2-Piece Fringe Skirt + Top Set

THE cutest 2-piece sweetheart of a set. Brand new and never worn. Red fringe skirt and crop top. I purchased it for a country concert that was cancelled and I never got a chance to wear it! Tag says size M, but it fits more like a small - I have included measurements! For that reason, I have this fit listed as a SMALL. Obsessed with this look, I just have no place to show this sweet outfit off. Please note that the set is RED, the black fringe photos are product photos to show the fit :)
