NWOT ALGO black and white dress

Never worn beautiful lined dress with ruffles and a white side that peaks out. Bought for a gala event but ended up going with the second dress I bought so the tags are removed. There’s little rhinestones on the white siding that add a little bit of shine without being too much. It’s got spaghetti straps with a band on the inside of the bust to keep it from slipping.
