NWOT ASOS boho top

NWOT cream coloured boho top. Should ties can be adjusted. Tiers of small ruffles. I bought this and took the tags off but it is too big for me even though it says 8. Pit to pit 20” Length 20 but can vary if you tie shoulders higher or lower.
