This is a long sleeved Ann Taylor midi dress with ruching on the side that I attempted to show in the photos. It was purchased from the Ann Taylor outlet in Napa, California. The fabric is a stretchy jersey that pulls on with a slightly draped neckline. Classically Anne Taylor.
