NWOT Bangles with Beads and Bell Charms S-M size

This is a set of 18 gold bangles. I’ve never worn them because I couldn’t make them fit my hand! The original tag says size L-XL but it’s not true. I think this is size S-M. It has an inner diameter of approximately 6.3 cm.
