I bought this to wear to an event that was cancelled and it has been hanging in my closet ever since. Royal blue under layer with a mesh and satin ribbon overlay and a satin ribbon sash that can be tied in the front or back. Very thin satiny spaghetti straps and elastic at the top of the bodice; so can be worn with the straps or they can be tucked in and it can be worn strapless.
