NWOT Beautiful dress for dinner reservations. Never been worn!!

Dress is black made by Boohoo. measurements are as follows: Back length from neck to hem, 36 inches Length of V from back of dress to bottom of V neck, 9 1/5 inches Length of sleeves from shoulder to cuff hem, 27 inches Width of shoulders across to from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 17 inches Width of dress at bust, 23 inches Width of dress across front of dress at hips, 23 inches Dress has gorgeous detail at top of sleeves which gives a puffy, draped, sculptural look. All that's needed is a beautiful pair of shoes and statement earrings!!
