NWOT Black Dress with Purple Velvet Ribbon

Brand new never worn little black dress with purple velvet ribbon in front. A little stretch, but this one will be tricky for size hence why I included size chart. It's supposed to be a fitted dress for top portion and you will need help to get the zipper up in the back. For reference, I'm 5'4", 172 pounds, 39" waist and 44" at breast. Still a little room at breast, but not at waist. It would have been perfect on me if I would have just a tad more breast. 😉 I would rate this more as an XL. Material feels a bit like an umbrella material or maybe windbreaker jacket.
