Offering this gorgeous, super full black maxi tiered boho skirt. 100% Cotton. Never worn. I purchased this but it was too long for me and too expensive to hem! Waist is 35" laid flat but can tighten a little with the drawstring and can stretch to Approximately 50". Length is approximately 40" Hips are approximately 60" It has a short cotton lining.
