NWOT Black sun dress with ruffle bottom. Never worn. Has long adjustable straps that can be tied as a halter or over the shoulder. Cups are also adjustable. Light airy fabric would be perfect for a summer party or even as a beach cover up. Waist is elastic, measures 12” flat but stretches out to fit M up to XL. Dress is 21” long from waistband to bottom hem.
