NWOT Black mesh top blouse with pink heart buttons and gathered at the breast

this cute top has mesh lace from the neck down to the bus line including the short puffy sleeves. the shiny pink fuchsia heart-shaped buttons go all the way down. there's gathering at the bust which is great for the bigger chest as it prevents the buttons from pulling. never worn. slim fit for a large, probably would fit medium better. This was never worn.
