NWOT Blouse/Tunic Dress

Minimalistic White Blouse/Tunic with Pink and Black Flowers, with a touch of Sage Green. Darling Bow Ties on 3/4 length sleeve, that give a slight puffed look. Textured Pebbled Material. Could be worn as a Blouse, Tunic, or dress. Quite Stretchy. 85% Polyester/15% Spandex. Soft. No brand tags on the inside, except for size tag (xxl but fits anywhere between L-xxl) so I'm unaware of that, but I bought at Winners. Never worn or washed. Tried on, but it is tight in the chest area for those whom are large chested.
