Super soft, velvet-like material. Brand new without tags. Worn only to try on- really wanted it to work for me but its just a bit too big!! I think its ideal for someone dress size 4-6 with a medium sized bust (couple sizes above a 32B at least) Purchased from a sample store so it is one of a kind!
