Waist is approx 17.5”. And total length is 26.5. Please note length will vary depending on how dress is worn. The shoulders have elastic to be worn completely off or could be worn more on top of the shoulders. Spaghetti strap detailing is completely adjustable to tie as tight or loose as per personal preference 🖤 100% polyester. No stretch 🖤 cuffs have elastic.
