NWOT Butterfly flutter blouse

So beautiful, this light blue blouse has mesh sleeves with tiny blue butterfly appliques and back ribbon tie neck. *No tag, have no idea when or where I bought this, I'm pretty sure it was during the first covid wave when I had hope I'd be able to get out of pyjamas earlier than the two years that we actually did. It has been carefully hung up in the back of my closet for a long time. Measurements laying flat : armpit to armpit 20" length 24" hips 21.5"
