stylefreaks @traciev66 It's by Roshco and their products indicate that they are 'stick resistant' steel. Definitely not Teflon or aluminum, both which are no longer produced due to health concerns but many people still refer to them that way. I know that if you google Teflon it will show up in the searches, but if you read the description it will describe the coating as being non-stick 'like Teflon was'. Any cookware made of aluminum or that has Teflon coating should be thrown away and not re-sold.

stylefreaks @traciev66 Hope that helps give you an idea. These pans I got during COVID when I was baking (and getting fat as a result...hence, having to sell off my smaller clothes), and just don't have the time to bake anymore.
