NWOT Cabi Plaid Flounce Jacket/Dress Tartan Longline

A sweet plaid jacket with front zip, mini length, front zip closure. NWOT. No flaws. 3/4 length sleev with nice bell frill at the end, and frill around the bottom of the jacket.
