NEW, Never worn but tag is missing. This stunning Blue Stretchy Dress with silver glitter has a delicate batwing sleeves blue see through shawl attached to dress. Pit to pit 22 inches and can be stretch until 25 inches Length front at center is 31 inches and back of the dress is 42 inches long. Excellent Condition, I never had special event to wear it.
