meggie_sun Apologies for a very late reply as I am not too active on the site and I did miss notification. So the outer chiffon fabric does not have any stretch to it however the lining (they appear to be sewn together) does. It is a comfortable size 12. I just do not look good in it because I have a thick waist, unfortunately. Otherwise, I would keep it forever because it is something that does not go out of style. Pit to pit measurement with the dress laid flat is slightly over 22 inch.
