New, never worn, without tags Beautiful black blouse with a wide neck, mixed floral print, crochet edges (bottom hem and sleeve ends), and side tassels. Absolutely love this shirt but when I bought it I didn’t have any high waisted pants or shorts to go with it, and just never really reached for it since.
