NWOT Cute Striped Summer Dress

Brand new never worn striped summer dress with tie at waist. The tie is only there for the look and cannot be actually tighten. Material is super soft, rippled a little and super stretchy. Feels like a good quality t-shirt type material. Size tag is 0XL and equals to an XL in my opinion. Fits me perfectly at 172 pounds, 5'4", 38DD bra size, 39" waist and 44" at breasts. 🙂
