NWOT - Cynthia Rowley Cowl Neck Crushed Velvet

This dress has never been worn - it is a beautiful royal blue with a very understated print on the crushed velvet. The print is hard to see, but adds a touch of dimension to the dress. This is a more of a mini and above knee for most. It has a lovely cowl neckline and long sleeves. Great option for a formal event and a nice variation from the standard “little black dress”.
