NWOT Denim Blue Distressed Stretchy Shorts Size M

Brand new in bag denim blue shorts. Distressed look with raw hem. Tag says size L. But fits a size M. The waist is 13" laying flat. Too small for me and I couldn't return. The shorts are quite stretchy and features a classic design with a comfortable fit. New never worn it's still in the original package.
