NWOT Dex Off-The Shoulder Plaid 3/4 Sleeve Blouse

Very pretty Dex off-the shoulder plaid blouse with 3/4 sleeves and tie detail at the bottoms of the sleeves. Can be worn off the shoulder or on top of shoulders. Never been worn. Size Small but can accommodate much larger.
