NWOT Empire Waist Bubble Sleeve Blouse

Bought this blouse because I love the pattern but it didn’t suit me. Long sleeve crop with buttons down the front. Buttons have panel under them (shown) so no skin shows. Long sleeves that are gathered at the end. Some ruching in the back allows for some stretch. Never been worn. Pit to pit: 19 inches Length: 18 inches
