NWOT Equestrian Military 3/4 Sleeve Pleated Tunic Keyhole Blouse

Good preowned condition, off-white/cream long, pleated tunic blouse with keyhole opening at the front with button closure and dark grey stripe down the middle of front by Mexx. Black material and some light small pleating at the shoulders at well. A box pleat down the back and two in the front. Beautifully made, but very delicate. There is a very faint stain (please see photo), but might be able to take out with some washing as it is likely polyester and easy to clean. Plastic tag holder still on tag.
