NWOT Forever 21 Backless Sleeveless Tunic Top

NWOT! Never worn! Bought this in the United States. Not sure what the fabric is, but it feels like viscose. Has a floral pattern and a sheer black mesh along the bottom. Tag says a size Medium but fits on the smaller side. Backless, and has small pockets on both sides.
