This dress is a great FP mini dress that is one piece, but looks like blouse with ruffles and black mini skirt starting at the hips. V-neck and long sleeves with elastic frill cuff. Dress is fully lined with cami at the top and dark polyester under the skirt. Skirt does have some stretch. Blouse feels soft and flowy, and skirt feel like it could be a soft light wool. Dress it up or down, it is a lovely piece for the fall/winter/spring seasons. Nice with tights and flats or boots... NWOT. No flaws. Never worn. - Size 4 but easily fits a 4 - 6. - PTP is 18 in - Shoulder to hem is 32 in Hidden side zip and snap closures. -Top: 84% Rayon, 16% Viscose -Skirt: 63% Polyester, 33% Rayon, 4% Spandex From a smoke free and pet free home.
