Free People floral sundress with built in sash, elastic ruching (smocked) detail on back, and ruffle hem. Body in blue 100% cotton. Striped black, blue and pink trim is a poly/cotton/spandex blend. Tagged size 8 but would better fit and XS or XXS. Please see measurements. Laying flat, without stretching (material does have some stretch): Pit to pit: 15” (low cut) Waist: 13” Length: 40” Hips: free Tags removed but never worn. Smoke free home. I ship in reused mailers to reduce waste.
