Measurements: armpit to armpit 20"/51cm; length (incl. turtleneck) 19"/48cm; arm from seam 21"/53 cm. As for the fabric, the blend (see details) includes alpaca making it thick and soft. It is rougher than cashmere definitely, but not wiry and scratchy.
