NWOT Girl’s Size M (8) GAP Black Twirling Skirt with Gold Striped Elastic Waist Bought this for my daughter just before the pandemic hit to wear for school concerts. Unfortunately, she never got to wear it! The fabric is a thick cotton blend. Not flimsy at all. It looks even better in person than in the photos.
