NWOT Gorgeous, Dressy Ladies Top

This new navy blue top is gorgeous. It’s a dressy top, very feminine but classy, and has small V at front and back with small see thru at top. Lovely navy blue with cap sleeves. Fabric drapes lovely, and has inner navy blue lining with a chiffon like fabric over it. Would look fabulous dressed up with white pants or skirt for evening out to show or dinner.
