NWOT Gorgeous romper

Beautiful romper in a velvet/ see-through Fabric. Floral pattern in bright pink, yellow, and green with a splash of beige on a black velour. Back bottom zipper, open back, long back neck tie. Size US S 0, fits a size US 2-4. For reference, I wear a size 4-6 depending on fit and this is uncomfortably tight on me. NWOT
