NWOT - H by Halston cold shoulder sweater

Unique cold shoulder sweater, as the opening on the arm is from shoulder to elbow. Then at the elbow the sleeve tightens. It looks great on and has nice stretch to it. I wish the pictures could do this sweater justice! Pit to pit approx 19.5”.
