NWOT-- H&M Floral Skater Dress

This listing is for a floral skater dress from H&M. It is New Without Tags-- a gift my wife received and loved, but it didn't fit quite properly so she never ended up wearing it. The dress is a very pale turquoise-blue with pink and darker blue/purplish flowers. Size 4. The fabric is 98% polyester, 2% elastane.
