NWOT H&M Navy Floral Dress Pants

Woven, Cotton Stretch fabric. Concealed side zipper, mock back pockets, straight tapered legs with front crease. Short slits at hem. Cotton 61%, Polyester 36%, Elastane 3% Size 6, but feels like they fit like a small 4 - I wear a 4, and a 6 from H&M (depending on the pant), and these are too small for me. Please pay careful attention to measurements Love these pants so much - wish they fit me! Never worn (other than to try on) Small holes where tags were - see photos. Otherwise, no flaws.
