NWOT H&M dress

H&M new without tag dress. Selling for my friend. She bought it but never wore it. Really flowy and silky feel to it. Perfect for a summer day out or a date night. The upper part and lower part is attached by a knot in the front. Approximate flat measurements Shoulder 16.5" Arm 25" Ptp 22" Waist 16" (stretch upto 22")
