Made with love very recently by my mother! She wanted to make something for my little shop❤️. Made from a vintage 90s pattern, the deeply black velvet is so dark it has a bit of a blue sheen to it. Stretchy waist, can be worn high on waist or lower on hips. So warm and soft, it would make an excellent holiday skirt. Please take a look at pictures for construction, and measurements.
